Niemann-Pick disease type B and bilateral adrenal incidentalomas

Introduction: Niemann Pick disease is a rare autosomal recessive lysosomal storage disorder caused by a deficiency in acid sphingomyelinase. Usually discovered in childhood, it can affect liver, spleen and pulmonary function.
